As part of the 圣地亚哥天然气 & 电气(西班牙&E) Energy Savings Assistance Program’s outsourcing activities, we are requesting proposals from the bidder community regarding pilot implementation and installation services for the Energy Savings Assistance (ESA) Program Pilot, which focuses on deep energy savings for low-income residential customers. This is a one-stage solicitation process.
This pilot will serve low-income residential customers in the 西班牙&E服务区域. This pilot will be classified as an implementation pilot with the primary objective of achieving deeper energy savings per home by installing, replacing and inspecting in-home measures.
Deadline to Submit Bids
Bids are due by January 12, 2023 at 5 p.m. 太平洋标准时间. See below instructions for where to submit bids and obtain relevant information.
